Following are our terms and conditions:

New and Used Parts.

Items we sell are in new and used condition and used is not going to be damaged.

All of our new parts are bag fresh so they should be pristine.

When packing your order we will not put new and used parts together.

New minifigures come disassembled and used minifigures come assembled.

Missing Parts

If you have a missing part it may be from handling mistakes or us incorrectly inputting items in our inventory.

This is very rare and if you have missing parts please notify us and we will ship that piece to you by itself.

We will always resend it to you if we have the part with no cost for you however, if we do not have the part we will give you a refund.

You will also receive a coupon for 20% off if you wish to come back and order with us again.

Lost packages

We cannot control whether a package gets lost however we are unable to resend the parts due to the quantities some of our orders have. Instead we will send you a full refund.

You will also receive a coupon for 20% off if you wish to come back and order with us again.

Coupons

With every order that is marked as completed, you will receive a coupon with 10% off if you wish come back and order with us again.

Processing Time

We try to pack and ship our orders within 36 hours.

Orders placed after 3pm BST on a Friday will be shipped the next Monday (exc. bank holidays).

Payment Terms

We currently are only accepting paypal.

We also have a handling fee which is a fixed charge of £0.70

Good to know

We are non smokers and our shop is smoke free, but we have a cat. She rarely visits the shop but she pops in from time to time.

 If you have a severe cat allergy we advise that you do not purchase from our store
