Shipping
We try to pack and ship our orders within 36 hours.
Orders placed after 3pm BST on a Friday will be shipped the next Monday (exc. bank holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, this process may be delayed by a day or two.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Tracking
All domestic orders with a total of more than £20 (excluding fees/shipping) will be tracked free of charge.
If you want tracking on your order internationally, please select the tracked and signed option when checking out, please note this cannot be sent to a PO box.
Parcels
All orders that are too heavy or too large for large letters will be shipped in a parcel.
